Telling Stories

As far back as I can remember my father would tell me stories about his Father, his brothers, and himself. Always an adventure and always action packed. I learned to re-tell those stories. Along the way I started recording family history and writing those stories down.

Embellishment comes naturally to my fathers side of the family. I have had the pleasure of hearing multiple versions of the same stories told from very different perspectives. With this in mind i have fictionalized some of these stories to bring continuity.

“Letters From Mamie” is the current book I am working on. Framing the history of an Irish family in the Northwest over the course of about 100 years.
